Using DivePass

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DivePass
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• Do not use the app for anything illegal or harmful
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app

Your Content

You own your dive logs and content. By using DivePass, you grant us permission to store and display your content to provide the service. You can export or delete your data anytime.

Dive Shop Bookings

DivePass connects you with independent dive shops. When you book, your agreement is with the dive shop, not DivePass. We are not responsible for the services they provide. Always verify operator credentials and follow safe diving practices.

Safety Disclaimer

Scuba diving involves inherent risks. DivePass provides information for planning purposes only. Always dive within your certification limits, check conditions with local operators, and never rely solely on app data for dive decisions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep DivePass running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features with notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

DivePass is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and the applicable federal laws of Mexico. Users in Mexico are subject to Mexican consumer protection law (LFPDPPP). Users in the United States are subject to California law.

Disputes will be resolved through informal resolution first (30-day written notice), then binding arbitration or small claims court in the jurisdiction of the applicable governing law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
